ELBOWS, BRUSHES AND PAINT FLEW in Mitchell on July 23 and 24, 2010. Event was a weekend for volunteers to help scrape, prime and paint the boyhood home of astronaut Virgil "Gus" Grissom (Purdue; ME '50). Earl Mullins (pictured) was one volunteer.
